Great trip
From the moment of booking I received an email from the hotel to greet us and offer any further assistance. I asked questions via email and the reply was almost instant. I also booked our Machu Picchu trip through the hotel. The trip was reasonably priced and well planned. We were picked up from the airport at no charge and greeted with coca tea for altitude sickness prevention. The room was clean and updated with a spectacular view of the city. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and hearty. The hotel arranged for our cabs around the city and the staffs’ customer service was on point. The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. Dinner at the 360 view rooftop restaurant was breathtaking. If I were to return to Cuzco this is where I would stay and recommend. Wifi was also great.
